Recently, I had the opportunity to develop a QR Code Scanning and Video Playback application on the RayNeo X3 Pro AI+AR Smart Glasses.<\/p>\n<p>The objective was simple: scan a QR code through the smart glasses camera and instantly launch an associated video within the AR environment. What started as a proof-of-concept quickly demonstrated how hands-free AR devices can transform learning, training, maintenance, retail, and industrial operations.<\/p>\n<p>This blog shares my experience with the RayNeo X3 Pro, highlights its key specifications, and explains how its capabilities make application development possible.<\/p>\n<h3>What is RayNeo X3 Pro?<\/h3>\n<p>The RayNeo X3 Pro is an AI-powered Augmented Reality (AR) smart glasses platform developed by RayNeo (TCL). During guided tours, visitors often want a deeper understanding of specific exhibits, including the business problems being addressed, solution capabilities, technology architecture, and real-world benefits.<\/p>\n<p>To provide an interactive and self-guided experience, I developed a QR Code Scanning and Video Playback application on the RayNeo X3 Pro AR Smart Glasses. Each showcase within the Living Labs is associated with a unique QR code.
