As a strategic delivery partner for Claude across industries, Infosys Topaz combines early access to Anthropic’s product and roadmap with a dedicated Anthropic Center of Excellence for joint solution development. The collaboration also follows a Client Zero approach, proving value within Infosys before taking solutions to clients. Today, Infosys Topaz runs Claude across internal functions, including finance, HR, security, and legal.

The principle is straightforward: Anthropic provides frontier AI capability, while Infosys Topaz turns it into governed, production-ready solutions that enterprises can run, scale, and ultimately own. For financial services and wealth management, the value goes beyond access to Claude. It lies in the combination of hands-on enablement, reusable industry playbooks, implementation expertise, and governance that helps financial institutions integrate AI into their architecture and workflows while keeping risk and spend predictable as adoption scales.

How Infosys Topaz Builds Our delivery approach, developed with Anthropic, brings three dimensions of AI adoption together:

Claude in every seat to build productivity and AI fluency;
End-to-end workflows, owned by agents to extend AI beyond individual tasks;
Claude embedded in client products to bring AI into the experiences clients provide to their customers.
Putting Claude across the workforce helps build AI fluency and surface valuable use cases, while focused end-to-end workflows create measurable outcomes and a clear mandate to scale.

The approach is supported by three common rails for increasing autonomy: context through Model Context Protocol (MCP), connecting Claude to enterprise data, systems, and controls; capability through Skills, encoding how the organization performs specific work; and confidence through Evals (evaluations), continuously measuring quality and providing evidence to support greater autonomy. Together, these elements provide a path from individual AI assistance to governed agentic workflows, with security underpinning the approach.

Bringing Together Complimentary Capabilities

Anthropic supplies the frontier. Claude and the Claude for Financial Services ecosystem span areas including compliance and legal, risk assessment, KYC, financial-crimes investigation, regulatory mapping, and wealth management.

Infosys Topaz supplies what is needed to make those capabilities work within the context of an individual financial institution. Its Financial Services and Activation Playbooks help turn generic capabilities into client-specific, regulator-ready workflows across AML, KYC, fraud, credit risk, wealth and asset management, and capital markets. This is backed by a delivery bench proven at scale, with some of the world’s largest financial services firms already running Claude Code in production.

The roles are complementary but distinct. Anthropic advances Claude and its ecosystem; Infosys Topaz embeds that capability into the client architecture, applies governance, and extends it into agentic, end-to-end workflows that clients can ultimately own.

Proof, Not Pilots

The shift from experimentation to production is already visible. Infosys Topaz has taken Claude-powered vulnerability management, code modernization, KYC, and cybersecurity from pilot to production for financial services clients, including an end-to-end vulnerability-management platform for a government-sponsored enterprise in mortgage finance and reusable Claude agents that helped a major bank clear a client-identified backlog. The impact extends to code modernization and document review, with the supplied material citing significant improvements in developer productivity, development cycle time, and mortgage document review.

Behind these examples is a broader opportunity: Infosys Topaz BFSI and wealth-management playbooks map potential use cases across financial crime, smart underwriting, portfolio construction, trading and execution, client reporting, and back-office reconciliation, helping organizations identify and size the next wave of opportunities using established patterns, reusable playbooks, and implementation experience rather than starting from a blank page.

Governing AI as It Scales

Moving from targeted use cases to enterprise-wide adoption brings another critical challenge: controlling cost and risk as AI consumption grows. Infosys Topaz addresses the economics of AI adoption through Control Tower and Tokenomics. Control Tower provides visibility into Claude consumption, attributing cost by team, product, and model, routing eligible workloads to lower-cost models, reclaiming unused licenses, and identifying potential budget pressure before it reaches the invoice. Tokenomics provides an optimization framework using techniques such as routing, caching, and batching, which, in one modeled scenario, are combined to deliver a 55 percent reduction from baseline. Paired with industry playbooks and governance, these capabilities help financial institutions scale AI adoption while keeping cost and risk under control.

From Frontier AI to Client-Owned Capability

The pattern across the partnership is deliberate: Anthropic advances frontier AI and its financial-services ecosystem, while Infosys Topaz brings those capabilities into the client environment, connects them to enterprise context, governs risk and spend, and helps client teams extend them. The joint Center of Excellence brings together Anthropic’s technology with Infosys Topaz industry, engineering, and implementation expertise to help organizations turn AI capabilities into solutions designed around how their businesses operate.

Ultimately, the measure of success is not simply what AI can do, but how reliably it can operate, how effectively it can be governed, and how confidently financial institutions can scale and manage it themselves. That is the capability Infosys Topaz and Anthropic are building together: agentic where it creates value, governed throughout, and ultimately owned by the client.

In early 2026, Infosys Topaz and Anthropic collaborated to bring safe, governed, Anthropic Claude-powered […]

[45

29,49
post-434","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-anthropic
["GET
