Lisa Sutter has over 30 years’ experience implementing and managing large-scale technology programs in the public sector in domains that include transportation, traffic safety and law enforcement. As a leading industry expert in photo enforcement and license plate reader technology, Lisa has been a featured speaker at IACP LEIM and Lifesavers conferences. Lisa worked in the public sector for almost a decade as a consultant working for the CIO at the District of Columbia’s Department of Motor Vehicles and as a Program Manager on the Command Staff at the District’s Metropolitan Police Department’s Homeland Security Bureau. She also held senior leadership positions in the private sector for Lockheed Martin and ACS. She currently serves as a Principal for Business Consulting for Infosys Public Services focusing on the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) sector. She has served as Chair for Infosys Americas’ Women’s Inclusivity Network (IWIN) ERG for the past 2 years.
