Working in the technology sector for over 16 years now has given me a vast exposure to various facets of the ever-evolving IT industry. My journey has gained me experience in project management, stakeholder management, automations, and application support across domains including Pharma, F&B, Manufacturing, Telcom etc. Certified in ITIL and GRC AC. As a lead consultant in Infosys, I have experience in managing projects and delivering solutions that align with business objectives. I continue to work towards enhancing my service management skills to deliver efficient customer focused solutions for contributing in organizational performance and growth. Outside work I enjoy trying my hand on painting and cooking and would love to own a flower shop one day.
