Oommen Thomas is Delivery Director and GRC Practice Leader at Infosys Cybersecurity, with more than three decades of industry experience, including over two decades at Infosys. Over the years, he has worked across security, consulting, IT infrastructure, application support, and application development, helping organizations strengthen resilience and operate securely across industries and geographies. He has also contributed to industry thought leadership through published Points of View on security, privacy, ESG, and AI. A strong believer in continuous learning, Oommen holds a wide range of global certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CPISI, CSX P, DP/GDPR LI, ISO27001 LA, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL, and continues to pursue further studies in cybersecurity, GRC, AI and privacy. He actively engages with professional communities such as ISF, ISC2, ISACA, IAPP, and PMI, and volunteers as Director at the ISC2 Pune Chapter and Co Chair of the IAPP Pune Chapter.
