This 12-week career program is designed to help women embrace learning and growth at any stage, empowering them to achieve personal and professional aspirations.
With a curriculum crafted around four key pillars—self-growth, professional advancement, career development, and leadership skills—Pragati is designed to be more than just a program. It’s a journey that allows women to learn in-demand skills and earn valuable certificates—a journey that is uniquely fulfilling at every step.

“I feel happy to give genuine feedback on how the Pragati program is helping me.
After 16 years in academics, taking a career break (due to personal reasons) felt like stepping into a dark cave. When I was hoping for a career shift, the Pragati program acted like a compass, directing me toward the light at the end of the cave. Pragati is like a treasure to me. Its diverse domains, such as coding, English enigma, personality development, AI, and DBMS, fueled my desire to learn more.

Professional development: This one-of-a-kind learning program emphasizes professional skill-building, identifying in-demand skills across areas like technology and management, and equipping women with the expertise to thrive in today’s competitive job market. The sessions are conducted by experienced mentors who share practical knowledge and inspiring stories from their journeys.
