Over 45,000 Trailblazers from 140 countries gathered in San Francisco between 17th to 19th September, with millions more tuning in online to witness the transformative power of AI and its potential to revolutionize business operations. The event featured over 1,200 keynotes, sessions, and workshops and a live on-site Agentforce Launch Zone that empowered attendees to build their first AI agents in minutes.

Salesforce introduced Agentforce, a suite of autonomous AI agents that can augment employees and handle tasks across various departments. Agentforce empowers companies to scale their workforces on demand and improve productivity.
