Every great career starts with a degree, but the journey unfolds when knowledge meets real-world experience. While the academic curriculum lays the foundation for learning, bridging this gap between theoretical expertise and the practical demands of today’s ever-evolving job market is crucial.
Whether pursuing careers in technology or non-technology fields, long-term success requires more than theoretical understanding—it demands practical skills and hands-on experience. This is where Infosys Springboard plays a transformative role through its partnership with the Naan Mudhalvan (NM) program, a flagship initiative from the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC). This partnership, focused on empowering college students for their future careers, emphasizes practical training and skill development, ensuring they get equipped to meet today’s job market challenges.
